The Hiring Process
#1 Getting To Know You & Your Needs
Upon receiving a staffing request, an assigned account manager will meet you to get an in-depth understanding of your company culture and job scope(s). This allows us to select candidates who not just have the right skills, but are the perfect cultural match to your company as well.
#2 JOBSTUDIO’s Search Process
Your account manager will access JOBSTUDIO’s comprehensive database of high caliber candidates. Should there be a need to access more candidates, JOBSTUDIO will work out an advertising strategy based on the employment market.
#3 Shortlisting Process
Every suitable talent will be thoroughly reviewed, screened and interviewed in our two-step shortlisting process - first via telephone then face-to-face - ensuring that your requirements are met. All candidates will go through a reference check. (Upon client's request)
#4 Presenting Clients
Once we have shortlisted the talents, they will be presented to you with their resumes, profiles and reference comments.
#5 Coordinating Interviews
Based on your selection, we will liaise with the respective talents for an interview time at your convenience. These talents will be fully briefed about the company culture, background and job scope.
#6 Negotiating Offers
Once you’ve met your match, we will assist with the negotiation of offers through to the successful placement of the talent.
